Minute God · Last updated: May 03, 2026This Policy explains how Minute God processes personal data in the webapp, mobile app and related integrations, including WhatsApp, OpenAI, Kiwify, Stripe, Cakto, Resend and notifications.
1. Who we are
Minute God is a Christian digital service that offers Scripture-based conversation, prayers, daily psalm, liturgy, image generation and devotional resources.
The service does not present itself as the Bible and does not replace a church, spiritual leadership, medical, psychological or legal care, or emergency services.
2. Data we collect
We may collect name, email, phone number, language, country/area code, hashed password, login data, preferences, subscription status, usage history, messages, transcribed audio, images submitted for generation, generated images, WhatsApp identifiers and app notification tokens.
We may also record technical data such as date, time, approximate IP address, device, operating system, app version, error logs and security events.
3. How we use data
We use data to create and protect your account, respond to messages, transcribe audio, generate images, send devotional reminders, process subscriptions, prevent abuse, improve stability and comply with legal obligations.
Messages may be processed by AI models to produce Scripture-based responses. Avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information.
4. Sharing with providers
We share data only as needed to operate the service: OpenAI for AI, WhatsApp/Meta for messaging, Kiwify for payments and billing, plus Stripe and Cakto for legacy subscriptions, Resend for email, Expo for push notifications, and hosting, database, logging and storage providers.
These providers process data according to their own terms, policies and applicable obligations.
5. Legal basis and your rights
We process data based on contract performance, consent, legitimate interests, fraud prevention, legal obligations and protection of life or safety where applicable.
You may request access, correction, portability, deletion, information about sharing, withdrawal of consent and review of automated decisions where applicable.
6. Security and retention
We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data, including authentication, audit records, access control and secure communication.
We keep data for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and maintain financial records. Generated images may remain accessible through a public link for a limited period.
7. Children and teens
The service is not directed to children. Minors should use Minute God with guidance and authorization from a legal guardian.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in the product, law or providers. The current version will be published on this page.
